1. Nature of Products
Our products are fresh and perishable, therefore once delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and food safety reasons. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Order Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing them or before they are processed for dispatch.
- After Dispatch: Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Wrong or Incomplete Order
If you receive a wrong, missing, or incomplete order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the received items. After verification, we will either:

4. Damaged or Spoiled Products
We ensure all products are delivered in temperature-controlled conditions to maintain freshness. However, if your product arrives damaged, leaked, or spoiled, please report it within 2 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
After inspection, a full or partial refund/replacement will be processed depending on the situation.
5. Non-Delivery of Order
If your confirmed order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide either a re-delivery or full refund as applicable.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds (for valid cases only) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during checkout. The timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Mode of Refund
All refunds are made via:
- Original mode of payment (for online transactions), or
- Discount coupon/credit note (for future use on our website), if preferred.
8. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be applicable if:
- The customer provides an incorrect delivery address or contact details.
- The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that the products are stored immediately in a refrigerated environment upon delivery to maintain freshness and safety. Mashhoor Chicken will not be responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
