1. Service Area
We currently provide delivery services only within Nagpur city limits. Orders placed outside our delivery zones may be automatically cancelled or subject to additional delivery arrangements.
2. Delivery Timings
Our delivery slots operate between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. We offer both same-day and next-day delivery options based on product availability and your location. Orders placed after 6:00 PM may be delivered the next day.
3. Order Processing
Once your order is received, it is immediately forwarded to our processing team for hygienic cutting, packing, and dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email, followed by a delivery update once your order is out for delivery.
4. Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on orders above a certain minimum order value (as displayed at checkout). For orders below the minimum value, a nominal delivery fee may apply. Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly shown before you make the payment.
5. Delivery Method
All deliveries are handled by trained and verified Mashhoor Chicken delivery personnel equipped with insulated boxes to maintain temperature and freshness. We ensure that your products reach you in optimal condition — fresh, safe, and ready to cook.
6. Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location, our team will attempt to contact you by phone. In case of failed contact or repeated missed delivery, the order may be cancelled and marked as “Delivery Attempted.” Refunds or redelivery will not be applicable for perishable products.
7. Delivery Time Estimates
We aim to deliver all orders within 60–120 minutes (same-day orders) depending on your location and order volume. During weekends, festivals, or unexpected situations (traffic, weather, etc.), there may be slight delays — and we appreciate your understanding.

We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel deliveries due to unforeseen conditions such as natural disasters, strikes, traffic restrictions, or system outages. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.
11. Change in Delivery Address
If you wish to modify your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support immediately. Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.
